Mind and Body Explosion

I decided to refine this blog in the area of fitness and nutrition and I have posted some other blogs in my blog list that have good information about exercise fitness and healthy diets and overall nutrition. Now one site that I go to frequently to see new info or want to look up some previously acquired knowledge about health in general, is www.menshealth.com. Just like the magazine it has articles and various stories about men's health, fitness, and other interesting topics. I use to have a subscription to Men's Health, but now in these hard economic times I refer to the website for which is free to expand my knowledge. Now some of my favorite sections on the site are fitness, health, and nutrition among other things. I like the health and nutrition sections, because they have suggestions of various foods, suplements, and other healthy activities that can improve your overall health. The fitness section is gold when it comes to giving someone new workout routines when someone wants to try something new in the exercise routine or just want to mix things up when they workout. Well this is a good site along with the magazine I enjoy reading when I want to expand my knowledge in living a healthy lifestyle.
